SORFSTER provides creative services in the areas of video production, branding, web design, and performance marketing. This accessibility statement applies to the website www.sorfster.com.

Efforts to Support Accessibility

We strive to make our website accessible in compliance with the Accessibility Act as amended, implementing the European Accessibility Directive (RL 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services. We adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 as closely as possible and are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities.

Non-Accessible Content

Despite our efforts, some areas of this website remain inaccessible. These non-conformities with accessibility regulations are being continuously corrected.

a. Incompatibility with Accessibility Regulations:

• On certain pages, HTML is used for content formatting, which fails to meet the WCAG success criterion for Information and Relationships. In the utilized CMS and editor, specific elements are formatted with "inline" style information. Where feasible technically and reasonably, these have been replaced with appropriate CSS rules (Cascading Style Sheets).

• The WCAG criterion for Minimum Contrast is only partially met.

• The WCAG criterion for Scalable Font Size is not met, but it can be adjusted through the browser settings.

b. Disproportionate Burden:

Due to economic and organizational reasons, it is currently not feasible to make all documents and content fully accessible.

• Applications: Existing web applications are not fully accessible in certain areas. Adapting all existing applications to address every compliance issue involves disproportionate technical efforts. However, new developments and planned enhancements to existing applications are focused on improving accessibility.

• PDF: Some older PDFs and Office documents are not fully accessible. If you urgently need a specific PDF or content that is technically inaccessible to you, please let us know.

• Images and Videos: Some older images and videos are not fully accessible.

c. Exclusions from Legal Requirements. These contents are not covered by applicable legal regulations:

• The website contains older documents and content that are not accessible. Since these were published before June 28, 2025, they are exempt from accessibility laws, and comprehensive changes to these are not currently planned.

• The website includes documents and content from third parties that we neither develop, fund, nor control. As such, no statement can be made regarding their compliance with accessibility regulations, and therefore, they are also exempt from the requirements of accessibility laws.
